First day arrangements for the start of the Spring Term January 2022

We would like to thank you for your continued engagement in the Covid-19 testing programme. Please continue to encourage your child to test twice weekly and report the results to the NHS.

Following public health advice, on-site testing will take place on Tuesday 4th January 2022. All parents have had the opportunity to consent for their child to have one test at the beginning of the Spring Term 2022.

The start times for pupils on the 4th January 2022 are listed below.

Tuesday 4th January 2022 – for those parents who HAVE consented to asymptomatic testing: 

Year 11          08.45 a.m.      

Year 12          09.45 a.m.

Year 13          09.45 a.m.

Year 7            10.25 a.m.

Year 8            11.05 a.m.

Year 9            12.00 p.m.

Year 10          12.35 p.m.

Pupils should arrive promptly in full school uniform/6th form dress code and go via the main pupil entrance to the Drama Studio via Piccadilly.

First day Tuesday 4th January, 2022 arrival times for pupils whose parents have NOT consented to asymptomatic testing:

Year 11          First Exam begins at 10.00 a.m. (arrival 9.45 a.m.)

Year 12          10.25 a.m.

Year 13          10.25 a.m.

Year 7            10.25 a.m.

Year 8            11.05 a.m.

Year 9            12.00 p.m.

Year 10          12.35 p.m.

Pupils should arrive promptly in full school uniform/6th form dress code and go directly to lessons.

End of day ALL YEAR GROUPS 3.20 p.m.
