Schools Festival in Stratford
On Monday 29 April a group of 18 Year 10 GCSE Drama students took part in the Noughts & Crosses School Festival at the Theatre Royal Stratford East, performing alongside eleven other local schools.
Students were asked to devise a short performance in response to the theatre's production of Noughts & Crosses, an adaptation of Malorie Blackman's acclaimed novel by Sabrina Mahfouz. Each piece explored the themes of the play and what it means to be a young adult in an increasingly divided world.
We are incredibly proud of all of the students who participated in this project.
